After being contracted and their matrimonial bannes intimated in the Parish Church of Elgin were married John Gatherer in the Parish of St. Nicholas and Mary Mavor in their parish before a competent number of witnesses.

Note 2: Died in the city Poor House in Aberdeen, Ramollissement of the brain
